RESULTS

  • An Empowered Board
    During the presentation of the proposed organizational rebrand, the Chair of the Board of Directors stated, “I feel more confident telling my friends about HomeSafe and why they should get involved” now that they have a thoughtful toolkit of materials at their disposal.

  • Generated Momentum
    Shortly after the rebrand and capital campaign launched, a key seven-figure principal gift was secured.

  • Expanded Giving Goal
    The campaign was meeting its goals so quickly, they decided to increase their original cash goal by 30%.

 

WHY IT WORKED

During the strategic due diligence phase — which included stakeholder focus groups, a communications audit of existing materials, and a competitive landscape analysis — we identified that the deliverables originally outlined in the scope of work agreement were no longer the right solution for the needs and challenges identified. As an agency we made alternative recommendations and our client approved. This pivot allowed for new, tailormade creative solutions that not only supported the immediate needs of the capital campaign, but created a new and evergreen positioning for the organization as a whole.
